Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions purchased through Veckit, operated by Shaanxi Vexnel Technology Co., Ltd.

1. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Price, currency and billing cycle are shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel.

2. Cancellation

  • You can cancel anytime from Account Settings.
  • After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the current paid cycle; no further charges are made.

3. Refunds

  • 7-day refund: Within 7 days of your first subscription, and if your usage is light (no more than 20% of the plan's monthly allowance), you may request a full refund.
  • Service failure: If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused time.
  • Otherwise, as a digital service, fees are generally non-refundable once access is provisioned; used billing cycles are not refundable.
  • For refunds processed via third-party payment providers, settlement timing follows that provider.

4. Service Delivery

Veckit is a purely digital SaaS service. There are no physical goods and no shipping. Upon successful payment, your plan benefits are activated in your account immediately.
