Terms of Service

Welcome to Veckit ("Service"), provided by Shaanxi Vexnel Technology Co., Ltd. ("VEXNEL", "we", "us"). By using our Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Veckit is an AI video repurposing platform that helps creators turn long videos into platform-optimized shorts. Features may include AI highlight detection, auto-clipping, caption generation, multilingual translation, and platform publishing.

2. User Accounts

• You create an account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. User Content

• You retain all rights to video content you upload to Veckit.
• You grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and transform your videos solely to provide the Service.
• You must own or have obtained all necessary rights to the content you upload.
• Do not upload illegal, infringing, or policy-violating content.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

5. Intellectual Property

The Veckit brand, logo, software code, AI models, and documentation are proprietary property of VEXNEL. You receive a license to use, not ownership rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VEXNEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided "as-is".

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate your account for terms violations or extended inactivity.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-service notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Provider & Billing Entity

The Service is provided and operated by Shaanxi Vexnel Technology Co., Ltd. (陕西矩核科技有限公司; Unified Social Credit Code: 91610131MAKDNHNR4L; registered address: Room C47, Suanni Space, 2/F, Qianren Building, No. 9 Gaoxin 2nd Road, Xi'an High-tech Zone, Xi'an, Shaanxi, China). Paid subscriptions are billed by this entity. Prices, billing cycles and refund rules are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store your full card details.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan). Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent People's Court at the domicile of Shaanxi Vexnel Technology Co., Ltd.
