Review the destination preview, captions, and publishing settings rather than assuming every platform accepts the same file.

A reusable source file is a starting point, not a finished upload for every destination. Platform length limits, tools, and account features can change. Check the current upload flow for the account you will actually use.
Keep a copy without another platform's logo, interface, or baked-in promotional overlay. Retain the original audio and an editable subtitle file where possible. Use a descriptive filename and version number so reviewers know which export was approved.
For a vertical presentation, inspect whether the subject remains visible throughout a 9:16 preview. Do not assume this ratio is mandatory for every upload or that a center crop follows the subject.
| Check | What to inspect |
|---|---|
| Preview | Cropping, cover selection, first and last frames |
| Captions | Readability behind buttons and other interface elements |
| Audio | Speech volume and permission to use music |
| Description | Accurate topic, names, and links |
| Visibility | Public, private, or scheduled settings and intended account |
A caption near the bottom may look fine in an editor and be obscured in an app. Move it only after reviewing the intended viewing context.
For a demonstration, make the main action visible early. For a spoken explanation, retain the sentence that defines the subject. A localized version needs language review, not just different hashtags.
Do not make artificial platform-specific edits simply because a guide claims a universal caption style or guaranteed reach multiplier.
Open the destination preview and verify the file is correct. A successful upload does not mean the presentation is approved. Veckit's current publishing integration targets YouTube; TikTok and Instagram uploads require their own tools.
Use the export checklist before handing the file to another reviewer.
